Muy Estimado empresario , presentamos una opcion en Servicios Financieros,  esta  propuesta  de Inversion de capital de Riesgo / en donde su proyecto  entra a una revision de viabilidad ,  Riego , Rentabilidad y Retorno. y en base al resultado determinamos la participacion entre el inversor y usted como dueño del proyecto.

APROBADO EL PROYECTO SE LLEGA A UNA NEGOCIACION DE PARTICIPACION ACCIONARIA  

Y DE GANANCIAS.! : 15 % AL  85%

AND OF EARNINGS.! : 15% AL 85%

*- No hay intervencion en el manejo y administracion del proyecto por parte del Inversionista .

* – There is no intervention in the management and administration of the project by the Investor.

*-  EL inversor asigan en comun acuerdo entre las partes , una oficial para que tenga presencia y un lugar en la administracion para llevar a cabo los trabajos de revision  y Auditoria del proyecto y de la empresa en Funcion.

* – The investor assists in common agreement between the parties, an official so that it has presence and a place in the administration to carry out the work of revision and Audit of the project and the company in Function.

*- Ambas parte determina un 10% del monto de la Inversion para cubrir costos , que asigan el inversor para los trabajos de revision en funcionamiento y Auditoria del  proyecto y de  la empresa en funcion. 

* – Both parties determine 10% of the amount of the investment to cover costs, which the investor assists for the work of revision in operation and Audit of the project and the company in operation.

*- El capital adicional disponible y se requiere más podemos manejar ampliación de capital. / se puede entrar a varios proyectos entre las partes.

*- se establece que el capital del proyecto se entrega de acuerdo a transferencias establecidas en etapas , en comun acuerdo . de  cada transferencia  de capital se hara un cargo del 4%.

 *- El Inversor no se requiere de Garantia colateral .

* – The Investor does not require collateral.

*-  El cliente permanece en control de proyecto. / ejecucion y Administracion.

*- El Cliente se obliga a presentar una Declaracion Patrimonial inicial y sera excluida en esta negociacion y sociedad. / en caso de incumplimiento.

* – The Client is obliged to file an Initial Equity Statement and will be excluded in this negotiation and partnership. / in case of non-compliance.

*-El cliente puede solicitar $ 1 millon. hasta $ 100 millones o más

* -The customer can request $ 1 million. up to $ 100 million or more

*-  El cierre puede estar en 60 días o menos.-

* – Closing can be in 60 days or less

• El monto del capital se puede reducir mediante la negociación previa como principal se amortiza.

• Participación de utilidades se negocia entre les partes para comenzar después de la inversión se paga

• Los fondos son recibidos en Etapas

Las transacciones se registran en un documento de Prenda Mercantil en el país respectivo.

Transactions are recorded in a Mercantile Pledge document in the respective country.

PROCEDIMIENTO : 

PROCESS :

1.- se envia carta de Intension a Nombre de Mirta Candia /Eco-Solutions  & Lic. Andres Eduardo de la Vega Gonzalez / CONSULTORES FINANCIEROS.

1.- Letter of Intension is sent to Name of Mirta Candia / Eco-Solutions & Lic. Andres Eduardo de la Vega Gonzalez / FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS.

2.- Se le envia una Carta de aceptacion del proyecto y  por parte del Cliente envia un pago inicial de $1000.00 dls / euros a las coordenadas que se le asignen.

2.- A Letter of acceptance of the project is sent to you and the Client sends an initial payment of $ 1000.00 dls / euros to the coordinates assigned to him.

3.-Presentación del plan de negocios / Resumen Ejecutivo con las proyecciones para determinar admisibilidad del Programa.

3.-Presentation of the business plan / Executive Summary with the projections to determine the admissibility of the Program.

4.- Se envia el pago para llevar a cabo el proceso de Revision .  fee 10,000.00 dolares (en caso de que el fondo de inversion no aceptara el proyecto son reembolsables) para llevar a cabo los trabajos por especialistas de Revision , Investigacion del proyecto. y su viabilidad y rentabilidad.

4.- The payment is sent to carry out the Revision process. fee 10,000.00 dollars (in case the investment fund will not accept the project are reimbursable) to carry out the work by Revision specialists, Project investigation. and their viability and profitability.

5.- Aprobado el proyecto , se lleva a cabo el DUE DILIEGENCE / ( tramitacion de fiscalizacion del proyecto)  por parte del Inversor y se paga un costo de $ 10,000.00 dls .

5.- Approved the project, the DUE DILIEGENCE / (process of inspection of the project) is carried out by the Investor and is paid a cost of $ 10,000.00 dls.

 6.- EL costo  de cierre de contrato se pueden anexar al monto de la inversion y son descontados de la misma inversion.

6.- The cost of closing the contract can be appended to the amount of the investment and are discounted from the same investment.

Pago de Honorarios al buen exito de la parte del inversor , es de  comisión  2 %  ( dos por ciento )

Payment of Fees to the success of the investor part, is commission 2% (two percent)

*- Balance de todos los costos de cierre serán pagados por el cliente.*-

*- Al grupo inversor 4% por tramo pagado.

fee max. $10,000 dolares ( se pagan si el proyecto es aceptado para financiamiento

*-Closing costs / Gastos de cierre fee max. ( se pueden adicionar al monto de capital recibido al momento del cierre de la transacción) y se descuentan del capital.
