Si cuenta con grandes proyectos y no hay el capital esta es una buena opción, en 30 días, usted estará recibiendo en forma semanal los rendimientos por un periodo de 40 semanas.

Qué son los Private Placement Programs mas conocidos como «PPP»?

What are Private Placement Programs better known as «PPP»?

Los Private Placement Programs o Programas de Alto Rendimiento, son programas privados que se basan en la compra/venta de instrumentos financieros bancarios (principalmente MTNs). Dichos instrumentos son adquiridos «fresh-cut» con un importante descuento en el valor facial del mismo para posteriormente ser revendidos a un precio superior en el mercado secundario. La diferencia entre el precio de venta y el de compra, supone la ganancia del trader/inversor. Estos programas son ofrecidos a clientes con un alto poder adquisitivo y únicamente pueden ser ejecutados por una serie de Traders con licencia para poder llevar a cabo este tipo de operaciones. Una parte importante de los rendimientos obtenidos, son destinados a causas humanitarias y a la financiación de proyectos empresariales. De ahí que cualquier fundación tenga prioridad en este tipo de operaciones.

Private Placement Programs are private programs that are based on the purchase / sale of bank financial instruments (mainly MTNs). These instruments are acquired «fresh-cut» with a significant discount on the face value of the same and later be resold at a higher price in the secondary market. The difference between the selling price and the purchase price, is the gain of the trader / investor. These programs are offered to customers with high purchasing power and can only be executed by a number of Traders licensed to carry out this type of operations. An important part of the income obtained, are destined to humanitarian causes and to the financing of business projects. Hence any foundation has priority in this type of operations.

¿Cómo es que tan pocos inversores saben de estos Programas? ¿Son nuevos?

How come so few investors know about these Programs? They are new?

Estos programas no son de conocimiento público masivo, y solamente un grupo muy reducido de inversores que posean Fondos o Instrumentos Bancarios, podrán acceder única y exclusivamente por invitación. Tampoco son nuevos, pues tienen más de 55 años de antigüedad.

These programs are not of mass public knowledge, and only a very small group of investors who have Funds or Banking Instruments, can access only by invitation. Nor are they new, since they are more than 55 years old.

¿Son seguros?

They’re safe?

Los Private Placement Programs, no implican ningún riesgo para el inversor. La compra/venta de MTNs es «risk-free» siempre y cuando el Trader tenga garantizada la salida al instrumento que previamente ha adquirido. Si estamos tratando con un Trader real, siempre tendrá garantizada dicha salida por contrato y por lo tanto no existirá ningún tipo de riesgo para el inversor.

 Private Placement Programs do not pose any risk to the investor. The purchase / sale of MTNs is «risk-free» as long as the Trader has guaranteed the output to the instrument that previously purchased. If we are dealing with a real Trader, it will always be guaranteed such exit by contract and therefore there will be no risk to the investor.

En una fase anterior al comienzo del programa, el Trader «preparará» dicho programa planificando las compras y ventas que llevará a cabo y sabiendo el beneficio que obtendrá con cada una de ellas.

 In a phase prior to the beginning of the program, the Trader will «prepare» the said program by planning the purchases and sales that will be carried out and knowing the benefit that will obtain with each one of them.

En una segunda fase, se ejecutará el programa que no es más que llevar a cabo la planificación de compras/ventas que previamente han sido planificadas y negociadas con las casas de corte.

In a second phase, the program will be executed, which is nothing more than carrying out the planning of purchases / sales that have previously been planned and negotiated with the houses of court.
